Veggie Burger Wrap

I decided to cook one of the Perfect Veggie Burgers I had in my freezer. I had no buns and I was in need of some bread. A wrap it will be. I never actually had a burger wrap before. This was new for me, but sure to delight. 20120920-084949.jpg
I found these fabulous wraps at Fresh & Easy. I thought they looked good.
I love stoned ground whole wheat. It reminds me of the stoned ground wheat crackers I grew up eating in Canada.

20120923-214906.jpg Fresh out of the freezer. Ok, not totally. I actually fried one side and then though I should take a picture. Haha!

I fried the veggie patty for about 5 minutes on each side and topped it with some Vegan cheese.

I mashed 1/4 of an avocado and spread it on the wrap. Then, I topped it with a chopped pickle and 1/4 of a tomato, diced. Next, I poured a bit of Louisiana BBQ sauce on top.

Next, I topped it off with some spinach. I’m forever incorporating spinach into every dish possible. It really helps me feel great. Plus, it gives me loads of energy.

Then, I wrapped it up. It tasted pretty good, I must say. I will definitely be making a Burger wrap again soon. I suggest you try it too. You won’t be disappointed.
